Board of Directors

Stein Holst Annexstad (Chairman of the Board).
Mr. Annexstad has a Master’s degree in economics from NHH. His work experience includes a number of management positions; CEO of Nycomed AS (now part of GE Healthcare), acting President & CEO of Hafslund Nycomed AS and a number of management positions in Dyno Industries AS. Mr Annexstad sits on the board on behalf of Trinity Capital.  

Erik Daylemani Sneve (Board Member).
Mr. Sneve holds a degree in Finance. His work experience includes investment banking, general management, investment management as well as management consulting. He is currently managing partner in Fram Capital AS, an investment company with focus on stock market investments. Mr. Sneve sits on the board on behalf of Mr. Torstein Tvenge.  

Jan Olav Steensland (Board Member).
He has a university degree in Management Science. At present he runs his own investments through Skagenkaien Eiendom AS, Mole Genetics largest shareholder. Mr. Steensland brings to the company more than 25 years of valuable experience is in banking, investments and shipping.  

Olav Steinnes (Board Member). 
Olav holds a MSc degree in economics and business administration from NHH (Siviløkonom). He has worked more than 25 years in the biotech industry in companies like Nycomed Pharma ASA and Axis-Shield plc. His working experience covers management positions within controlling, finance, sales and marketing as well as business unit responsibility.

Per Aabakken (Board Member).
Mr. Aabakken has a Master of Business and Marketing degree from Handelsakademiet/Oslo Business School. Since graduation, he has worked for GlaxoSmithKline, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies. In GSK, Mr. Aabakken has held a number of management positions. Mr Aabakken represents Spencer Energy on Mole Genetics board.  

Tor Albert Ersdal (Board member).
Tor Albert is an economist by training and currently partner in Såkorn inVest AS (www.sakorn.no) – a venture fund and main owner of Mole Genetics. He has spent most of his professional career working with start ups either as an entrepreneur or in the venture business. Tor Albert serves on Mole Genetics’ board on behalf of Såkorn inVest.
