MoleStrips™ mRNA
The MoleStrips mRNA Kit presents an automated purification of poly adenylated (polyA) mRNA directly from lysates of animal and plant tissues and cultured cells.
The Oligo (dT)14 beads can bind up to 0.6 µg mRNA, and the MoleStrips mRNA kit is appropriate for mRNA purification from lysates containing up to 1x106 cells,
or equivalent amount of lysed tissue.
One MoleStrip contains all reagents needed to purify RNA from one sample. MoleStrips mRNA has proven to work for both fresh and frozen samples.

Product No. MG18-102: Kit containing 64 MoleStrips and lysis buffer supporting isolation of mRNA from 64 different samples. Tips, tubes, caps and disposable waste bins needs to be ordered separately.
